Your contacts are directly connected with your cases. GEDEX can lock your information using passwords or relaying to your network's logon restrictions, allowing to limit access to the information for each user (hiding cases and contacts, avoiding changes).
This free edition is no time limited, allows your firm to handle a limited number of cases and clients, including tracking your documents for each case. You will be able to convert this edition into a full-fledged edition with even more features purchasing a commercial edition.

GEDEX stores its database into your hard disk, being much less dangerous than other products which use cloud services which requiere internet access to be able to view your matters, are stored somewhere in the cloud and requiere periodic payments.
